Little Dorrit

Little Dorrit is a 2008 British BBC miniseries based on the novel Little Dorrit of Charles Dickens.

The film is about Amy Dorrit, who has lived in the Marshalsea Prison for Debt since her birth, where she takes care of her father William Dorrit. To help her family, consisting of her sister, Fanny, her brother Tip, her uncle Frederick, her father William and herself, she works as a seamstress at Mrs. Clennam, a cranky old woman, who lives in a ramshackle house along with her butler Jeremiah Flintwich, and his wife, Affery.
Eventually, Amy marries Arthur Clennam, the son of Mrs. Clennam, Fanny also marries, and her father and her uncle die.

It is my favorite Charles Dickens movie.
